Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. Pupa has no accounts and no servers. You'll find the details in the privacy policy.
How do I move my data to another phone?
In “History”, scroll to the bottom, tap “Backup” and choose “Download backup”. Move that file to the new phone, open Pupa, go to “History” and tap “Restore backup”. The backup includes the data for all your children, but not the photos, and it is not encrypted: keep it somewhere safe.
I'm not getting reminders for the next dose
Check in your phone's settings that Pupa is allowed to send notifications, and that the medicine has an interval set between doses.
Can I keep health records for several children?
Yes. Tap the name on the home screen to switch child or add another one.
How do I show the data to the paediatrician?
You can create a PDF report, copy the health summary from “History” or open the “Emergency” card and show it full screen.
Where do the percentiles and schedules come from?
The growth charts follow the World Health Organization standards. The vaccination schedules link to the official pages of each region (comunidad autónoma).
